See the link I have up for a CVA pistol for sale. Decided I may keep it.

Need a woodworker that that loves lost dogs and orphans who can clean this up for me. Sent back in the white is fine.

I know my limitations, and what I have time for…and I’m not getting any younger so adding new skills is not on my dance card.

Looking to give this thing the Nutrisystem treatment from the grip forward.

Slim it way down, make some actual lock panels, add a simple side plate and recess the front of the trigger guard in flush. A little relief carving down the ramrod channel wouldn’t be bad. I’m not picky, it can’t look worse than it does now.

The grip fits my hand and she points really well, so no need to do a bunch of work there. How about helping a brother out? I’ll make it worth your while (and won’t tell anyone you did it if that helps…)

If I understand your question correctly, then no.

I would like to know why you ask? Does it pertain to the wood work or something unrelated?

That is a chunky monkey with a first generation Spanish lock.

Would definately look better if placed on a diet.

And in case you don't know, that little screw/spring in the tumbler sets your sear engagement.
