Looking for contact info for Jack Hubbard.

I was shown a club butt fowler made by Jack Hubbard. Supposedly, he has a website, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know how I could contact him?

Mike, I sure wish there was a way I could mend my fence with you. I've said some stupid things and I wouldn't blame you for disliking me. If you can find it in your heart to forgive me I'd appreciate it. The problems I had were mostly mine in all likelyhood.
