SOLD Lyman 1858 belt .36

Got this in a trade knowing it needed some work, but with my limited skills, I can't seem to get it fixed. For some reason the cylinder doesn't cycle. It can be manually indexed and locks up fine. Hoping someone with adequate know-how can give this guy a good home.
Everything else is in good order as far as I can tell.
