Almost Like new condition 01/02/2007 Lyman Great Plains Rifle in .54 cal percussion. 1:66” twist. 32” long.

Not a mark on the stock except for a faint line almost not visible unless held under certain light on the cheek weld side near the butt. Blueing on the barrel has very faint specs across the flats. Lock is strong, and no rust on any screws or underside of the barrel. The stock is in perfect condition, one barrel wedge seems a little short but does contact the far side. Lands are shallow and strong rifling into the grooves appears bright all the way to the bottom. That said I can see some tan specs but only as far down the barrel as I can see.

Comes with (2) stainless steel musket nipples, one used. And (4) new #11 stainless steel nipples.

I only fired this rifle 20 times, and it functioned well. The trigger works best when not having the trigger set!

Due to my insurance plan not paying for a stress test back in August and just recently got the bill this past month it’s up for sale. Plus barrel work I have being done not payed for due this month I compete with. A3AE8304-5A1B-481A-90FA-5F93A74EB070.jpeg

$725.00 shipping/insurance included. USPS Money order, Cashiers Check same day shipping. Personal check is 10 business day hold for clearing.

As you can see there’s some blueing removed from the knife trimming patches.

More pictures. I tried waiting for a sunny day to show the beautiful red and gold tones in the stock but the weather has not been cooperating.

That’s where you walk first then run on the treadmill for up to 12-16 minutes while you're hooked up to a ECG/EKG to check your heart rate and blood pressure. Mine reach 216/110 by the 9 minute mark and she wanted me to stop. Wearing a mask didn't help with breathing even though she said my oxygen levels were 98%.

Which they wouldn’t pay for any of it, and only apply all of the bill to my deductible! End of the year screw over by the insurance company. If I had No Insurance, I could have gotten a 25% discount..... But having insurance doesn't work that way!

I'd be very interested, but as a new member, I'm having difficulty figuring out the PM system on mobile.

I lost a sale to another new forum member yesterday due to the high cost of shipping even though I offered to only charge $75 and pick up the rest of the cost.... $117.51 with insurance FedEx.

I'm going to include the cost of shipping/insurance with the sale.

$725.00 shipped to your door (Where allowed by Law, Please know your local laws.).

I can ship this to a FFL through a local gun store for less then if I go to FedEx because they have a UPS account which the last buyer preferred to use UPS vs FedEx. It is unfortunate that UPS has terminated the shipment of even a trigger let alone a firearm. As my account with them would lower the cost of shipping some.
