I got another doe tonight. It was raining a little and I debated on going out, but I waited all year for this early muzzleloader season so I went. I was hunting a swamp, the deer have been hanging out in it and coming out to feed in a picked cornfield. Two snuck out of the swamp and to my right, I shot the first one at about twenty yards. I can't wait now for our late season.

I can't wait until my late deer season starts either! Opening day is November 1st!
I was starting to get ready for teh great hunt last night...now I am all in a tizzy for deer season to start!
I shouldn't have started getting ready for hunting so early, now I have to put up with a week of misery. :shake:
