Here it is!

The Gonne is turned from a chunk of 1144(?) steel that I had on the rack.

Length is 8.8" and the bore is .40 x 5.30"

I bored the socket to 6 degrees (included angle- 3 per side) by 1.75" deep.

Never mind the Tiller, I just slapped a broomstick in there to get the feel- I will make a nice one from some hardwood stock this weekend.

Touchhole is .093" with a light chamfer.

It seems like a handy little fellow!

I will post some pics when I get the Tiller made.

YeeeeeHawwwwww,  we`re gettin a regular gonne group around here

Very nice looking great work  , i was going to make one similar today but didn`t have the right size shaft. :haha:

Man, there is a lot of talent on this board.

Good job.

Who next?

Looks like one of my Zephyrs with a double wedding band. Touch suggests a short bore. But good looking all the same.
