The first pic is where i'm in the "middle" of bending the tail. The one I'm making is on top, and the broken "model" is held in the vice. The second pic shows the TG after I cut the tail to fit the pistol grip, and did the final bending.


If you look closely at the left side of the trigger bow, in the top pic you can see where that end "point" is laying over too much. I corrected that in the second pic. That was interesting as I clamped the bow in the vice, then using a brass punch gave a few judicious hammer hits to bend the point without bending the trigger bow. Worked out great but a little nerve racking thinking I could crack that tail.
