I am converting one of the bedrooms into my shop. Obviously no open flames! But chiseling, sanding , filing and staining.

Painting the floor tomorrow. Ordering the bench parts soon.

Headed into Anchorage tomorrow on the Aurora (ferry). Hit up lowes and HD.

Then once its ready I will start on my mule ear. 54 cal. Virginia style stock.

Holy smokes. I've been to lots of remote places in AK, but Chenega may take the cake. Makes that HD or Lowe's run interesting. bet you make a good shopping list.
Usually, but this trip is not much. Need to pick up our 16ft boat in Valdez and stage it for return Ferry run in August. I will do a little shopping at 3 bears. Then HD and or lowes.
