The suppliers are all in the US. So you have to consider the cost of getting it to you as part of the overall cost.
Dunlaps (as mentioned), Tiger-Hunt and Knob Mountain are all excellent sources for blanks.
You can even get a decent piece of wood from Track of the Wolf or Muzzleloader builder's supplies but again, at 90 bucks to ship a full-stock blank (current rate from TOTW to Canada, then convert the money and tack on the customs and maybe deal with one of the agents concerns about importing lumber that may have bugs - it happens) that hardly makes buying a 100 dollar blank worthwhile.
Now, if you are dropping 400/500 bucks on a really high end piece of wood perhaps it's viable.
Being in Canada there is enough suppliers of quality wood domestically that you can often do a little leg work and get a decent piece.
Figured Maple (both Red or Sugar) is more than available. Yes, you have to do the leg work sifting through boards to find one with the correct grain orientation, but you will ultimately save money AND get a better grade of wood than you will get from one of the stock suppliers on the other side of the border (on a dollar for dollar comparison).
This is one of "two" full-stock blanks that I got out of a 65 dollar "board" of curly red maple (for 25 bucks less than the "shipping" of a single stock from a US supplier).
Something to consider.
Also, if you indicate what you want to spend and whether or not you want it inlet, partially shaped etc that will change things quite a bit.
