The Market at Washingtonburg 18th century trade fair will once again be held Sept. 19-21 2008 at the Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, PA. Last year more than 150 sutlers, vendors and demonstrators, 200 18th century troops and 6000 visitors attended the event. We just opened our new Revolutionary War Blockhouse for this years event. Our 18th century features on the Army Heritage Trail include a French and Indian War Waystation, Redoubt # 10 from the Battle of Yorktown, a work ing recreation of the Carlisle Barracks blacksmith shop and the blockhouse. Hope you can join us.
