you need to check out Poplar Hollar Longrifles, just about 13 miles east of Lawrenceburg, check us out on FB.
I met a couple of your members at the Alabama Kentucky Longrifle show and I’m trying to get in touch with them. I don’t do the socialist media farcebook and I can’t PM you for some reason. Can you PM me or let me know how to contact them (without posting personal info of course).

Just wondering if there are any traditional muzzleloader shooters in Middle TN within 30 miles (give or take) of Cumberland County/Crossville, TN. Not interested in inline shooters, IMHO inline are muzzleloader wanna be's.
Nutnfancy, I'm TNsourdough. I'm in Watertown. I also run the Tennessee Muzzleloaders Facebook page. Come join us!

Howdy New BPS. Was in your neck of the woods two weeks ago doing a gun show in Manchester at the fairgrounds. It would be great if a bunch of us could plan a monthly or quarterly shoot here in Tennessee. My only problem is that, from first Saturday in May through the weekend before Thanksgiving, my Saturday mornings are spoken for. I know most regular folks are mostly available for shoots on Saturday mornings. Late Saturday afternoons, anytime on Sundays, or any weekday but Friday would be good for me. And I am not worried about the virus. Never was. I was social distancing before it was cool....

I’m in far west Tennessee. Dyer County, right on the Mississippi River. It gets lonely over here shooting anything traditional. Mostly online and cartridge guys. Civil War reenacting has also declined (used to be very active here). I’d love to find out about organized events, but I think the scamdemic has put the squash on it for a while longer.

Lol Tim yea a lot of us was already social distancing long before the virus ... They do that gun show every year during turkey season so I have never been ... But it would be great to set something like that up

I’m considering putting together a regular shoot starting next year. Laying out a woods walk on the farm and I have a decent range as well. I’m 30 miles the other side of Cookville from you. I’ll keep you up to date.
Whats going on iv not seen any new you tube we need to get together and shot some

How you doing brother

It sure is good information to know it has fluted sides and longer spacing than the older models.

I take Snip It images of some of the information I read on the Muzzle Loading Forum (MLF) and save it on my computer so I can find it easily'

Thank you SGGY

Unfortunately you are correct… My understanding is there was issues with renovations being done at the State Park . Not Covid this time..

To contact lots of muzzleloader shooters in TN and its 9 surrounding states, join the Tennessee Muzzleloaders Facebook group. Just give them your name, city, and state. Zip codes are appreciated, too.
