I am looking for a Charleville musket made by Miroku of Japan and sold in the US under their name as well as Navy Arms. Serious buyer looking for a good example. Please PM with details.

I have one that I might sell after Independence Day. I purchased it from a friend of mine who retired from our reenactment group. It is a great authentic version of the French 1766 pattern musket with the 1768 upgrade (lug on the top of the barrel and spring on the last band). It sparks well. I replaced the sear spring which was broken with one I purchased from Dixie. Everything works fine. I would keep it except the unit we portray was armed with German muskets so thinking about ordering a 1740 Potzdam parts kit from the rifle shoppe. Here is a pic:
