mnt. rifle replacement trigger

hello in the camp: i just picked up two dixie tennessee mnt. rifles they seem to be very good
production muzzleloaders. dixie has discontinued them and i would like to replace the trigger assembly do you know of any that would work i know i will have to shorten the base plate and drill

I'd check with Dixie and see who made their kit and guns. That would probably help you zero in on suitable triggers from Davis or someone, listed under that name rather than Dixie.
