Ok I have a 100lb bar of lead that I need to cast up into some balls for my muskets.

What mold should I get? I would like to cast two at a time since I am not worried about having a period correct mold. My musket is a .69 caliber French musket.

Lee makes a .600 and .690 mold. They won't do you much good.
Lyman makes a mold for a 730 grain .69 caliber minnie.
RCBS doesn't appear to have anything for you.

You could go with a Jeff Tanner mold. He'll make one for you.

Use a caliper to actually measure the bore of that gun. Do NOT rely solely on what the factory claims is the caliber. Only then can you find a mold to cast a ball or bullet the right size.
