Well, after months of reading and posting messages on this site. I figured I'd better post my results.

Quite a few people gave me very good advice on cleaning and lapping my barrel. I didn't lap it, but I did clean it with Hopp's #9, JB Bore Compound, and a wire brush.

I went to 3" groups to this:
