Shown in Alfred Jacob Miller Paintings these were wool caps worn by the mountain man for show at Rendezvous as well as for hunting Bison. These were hand sewn with faux deer sinew out of 100% wool in a cream yellow color. The black wool stitching on top is also 100% black wool. They feature buckskin tanned leather tassels as well as turkey feathers for decoration. They also feature leather ties to secure while wearing in harsher weathers. They are a one size fits all but measurements are 9” front to back and 19” long on each side. As stated this is #1 and I will have 4 total for sale so please state which number you are interested in when inquiring via pm. I must note though, all 4 I have for sale are virtually identical without variation. I am asking $55 free shipping to lower 48 United States.
