Bob,
Call and ask! I suspect you will have to pay for it, if the old one is not defective. My oldest (Siler),has over 5000 shots and is about 1/4 worn, and still sparks like a Roman Candle.

You will have to burn LOTS of powder and flint to wear out a good frizzen. Good to be prepared, tho.
