Alabama's Muzzle Loading season open monday. So I got the GPR in .54 cal outand took a few pratice shots. This is at 100 yards with 100 grains of triple seven in three f. In the bottom coner of the pic. is the patch. I use a over powder wad. I know that this is not great shooting. But for thease old 67 year old eyes I am happy with it.

Not good shootin'???
Charles, at 100 yards, if you're holding on the shoulder, any one of those is in the boiler room and you have draggin to do!

Looks like that should get it done...heck, if where you hunt is like me, it's so thick the only way to get a shot longer than 50yds is down an old loggers road...

Not good shooting? Yeah right! Looks good to me!!! Good luck and I hope you get a shot during season, if so I think the deer is gonna be in hurtin' shape!

Old Charlie: I was on the range the other day helping a fellow get his scoped bolt gun sighted in. He could only hope to shoot that well, young eyes, scope with some of them premium bullets and he could barely keep them on paper at 50 yds. Hope ya gets to print one of them lead balls on a nice Alabamie bucks.

Your right that absolutely lousy shooting if your were shooting at MICE! :rotf:

You can always donate the gun to me if you hate the accuracy that much.
