Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to share a picture with you of the Bull Elk I killed this Fall. Keep in mind that my helper is not that big of a guy ( 5'7" about 145-155 lbs.) so he actually makes the bull appear larger than he is. Still, one of the larger Bulls I have taken. Regardless of the obvious :bull: , that's still one DANDY of a bull elk! I'd LOVE to have that head looking down at me from the wall!

The rack is different from our local whitetails but I thought the body size for elk was supposed to be larger?

Still, you've got a freezer full there. :grin:

W'all thim deers in Texas aint so big no more ... and frankly the huntin is gettin spare here abouts ...
... here is a pict of my only day ta hunt last year .. it wuz slim pikins ...

Unfortuntely I only had one day ta hunt so it wuz meager at best! I wuz rather disappointed! :hmm:
