I just got this in today and I'm just waiting to shoot it this weekend with Ball and Bird Shot.
20Ga all hand-made, Lock, stock and barrel.
By Leonard Day of Mass. He's a Master Craftsman at these old style guns. :thumbsup:

It came with an extra Flintlock as well and spanner wrench, & Pyrites.

If you have never messed with wheelocks before you might be better off to put the flintlock in for the Bird & Ball match First range trip with a wheelie can be a might stressful for a shooting match.

I talked with him a few months ago when he had called me about if I had the pyrite issue solved with my Wheellock that he had rebuilt for me. He mentioned that he was building one at the moment. I'm guessing that is the one we talked about. Truly gorgeous! Were you given a piece of pyrite with it? I had recommended the pyrite from the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Yes, it came with 3 sparker flints cast in lead.
I'm working on diamond sawing some Spanish Pyrite crystals I bought here in AZ. The shape from the mine is retagular, about 3/4" X 1/2" and these would be perfect sawed at an angle to make 2 wedge shapes.
