Sirs
I Spent Friday With my Old buddy Mike Davis and Helped Him Start the build On my Newest Rifle.
As I Stood and watched and cleaned up saw dust.
What amazed me was the speed with which Mike worked But I was a Little scared when He well for a better word ATTACKED My $200 stock blank with a Band saw and a router.
If we had all the parts He could have completed it in 24 hours or less.
All that is left is Installing the Patch box and Trigger guard which should be at his house on monday and the final Finish of metal and wood.
A Eastern Tennessee In the style Of Bean.
It has a Jim Chambers Deluxe Siler Lock and Of course A Rice Barrel In 40 Caliber.
On this rifle I Used a Super Premium Curly Ash Stock as it was correct for the style and time period.
Hope You all Enjoy http://s1000.photobucket.com/user/ridgerunner1488/library/?sort=3&page=1
