My SIL is adamant about cutting at the muzzle, so this is what he will have under the tree.
Used an old shaving razor for the blade.
Cocobolo wood is one of my favorites for something like this handle. The luster is the natural oil in the wood. All I did was buff to bring out the luster. No oil or stain was added.
For those who don't know Cocobolo is hard heavy and dense.
The pommel is an end I cut off of a ramrod tip.
