Is anyone on this forum familiar with Narragansett Armes? The website appears to be under construction presently. Are they a small shop or mass produced? How about the quality in particular?

When they were in Indianapolis, they were a small shop. Then it was sold and moved across the state line. Wouldn't expect it to be on the scale of Uberti, Remington or other large companies. I suspect they're still small with a handful of employees - just like back in the 18th Century.

I have a rifle ordered from them right now. From talking to them, they appear to be a small shop. I was told the wait was from 6 to 7 months for a rifle. I hope to be getting my rifle soon. I ordered it in April.

Small shop, one man operation. Located about 25 miles south of Cincinatti.

Terry builds a good gun.

didn't they make the Mowrey for a while? Seems like they did sometime after it left Texas. I'm looking for some parts.

Thanks for any info.
