Navy Arms Morse rifle

I have a chance to buy a Navy Arms Morse .58 cal never fired.

Any information on this gun as to quality and dates of manufacture or twist would be appreciated.

They are supposed to be ok but not the highest quality Navy Arms imported/produced. I would not pay a whole lot for one as they were maybe the cheapest sidelock in their catalogue at the time.
