Need some rifle builders names

I am thinking about having built a Pennsylvania rifle. I need the names of some builders that build for $3500 or less. I have a Kibler SMR and like the handling but want a more refined build and maybe larger caliber.

TVM does good solid work. I was so pleased with my southern rifle that I ordered their fowler. You’re gonna do some waiting to get it though. My first order took a year. I would recommend them for a semi-custom all day though.
