Need Suggestions Flint pistol, Target & Reenacting

Howdy all,

I want to add a pistol to my persona as frontiersman and fellow trekker with Dan Morgan's company in the 7th VA.

What would be a correct reproduction model, and what maker has nice ones? I also target shoot!

I would settle for a nice used pistol!

The silence is deafening?

The reason may be that most military guns of that period were smoothbore and most of the target guns are rifled.

You are trying to cover two different needs with one gun.
