Nepalese gunflints

Anyone order the gunflints found in a palace in Nepal from IMA by the pound?

They are large and in general dull if they are what I am thinking of

I remember a post of several people who bought these flints, it seems like they ran the gamete of usable and not so much.

Crap shoot with what you'll get. Mixed sizes, lots are dull and need sharpened up. I found value in them.

I got between 30 and 40 flints, most were musket size with some carbine size mixed in. About 1/3 were amber, the rest black. Only 5 or 6 were unusable and I gave those to friends.

The rest I trimmed up on a tile saw to fit my locks. It was worth it to me!
