New Blade/ First time with O1

This is a blade that I forged out today and it is the first time that I used O1 steel. I will have to say that I really liked it.

that looks to have great potential ... I need to quit looking at this stuff, or i'll end up with a forge ... another project ... another mouth to feed ...

I send a pic later this afternoon. Zug from this forum was gracious enough to provide one O1 for me and I wanted to give it a try. Due to the heat treat requirements this will be one of the few O1 blades that I will likely be making anytime soon.

LOL, yes it is addictive. I have been forging for about 8 years and only recently I been brave enough to post pics of my mediocre work.
