Very nice, and correct!! Good job!
I would suggest a little leather stain to make the antler look as old as the blade.

what kind of leather stain i have some dark brown tandy brand but it looks more red on the antler

Yeah, you may not want red. I use Fiebings medium brown, which has a little bit of a reddish undertone, but is pretty much brown on antler or bone. Potasium permanganate usually works well. Old Bones, is good, but it is basicly permanganate. One would think that the dark brown Tandy would work, but if it is not the spirit based, it may work differently. I will admit, I don't know what to tell you exactly, but I have always had good luck with the Fiebings. If you are going to use the knife often, given time, it will take on a natural coloring. Oil, grease, grime, and such, will color it over time. Exposure to sunlight will color it over time. Again, nice job. If that was made by a known maker, it would be relatively expensive, if the grip looked old. Good work.
