Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
Nice to join this forum I been looking for some good info on my pietta .44 cal 1860. I been shooting rifle for years but this is my first black powder revolver.
Hello from a former Hudson Valley resident. Where in the Catskills? I know of a couple of clubs in the Kingston area if you are looking.
I do hope you have a NYS pistol permit, because NY requires one for a C&B pistol if it's loaded (or even if you have the components together and not actually loaded.)
Welcome! I was born in the Catskills, raised in the Adirondacks, and ended up in Tidewater Virginia by way of Alaska. Actually got my NYS CHP on an 1860 Army back in the mid ‘90s!
Good bunch of folks in this forum; welcome aboard.
