Howdy folks. My name is Dave Martin aka Comanche Dave. I have dabbled with black powder and black powder firearms off and on for a number but didn't get serious about until I joined SASS hence the aka. I completed the Plainsman/Duelist classes with black powder revolvers ( Colts, Walker, 1860 Army, and 1860 Sheriff's model. For which I roll my own cartridges) I also own a Navy Arms Terry Texas Ranger shotgun and a Remington revolving carbine. As well as a 54 cal Hawkin rifle. I am currently in the middle of restoring both the shotgun and the Carbine and on the hunt for missing parts. Thanks for letting me join, I look forward to conversing with you all.
