I’m thankful to the internet for the availability of this forum. I started my muzzleloader adventure in the sixties with a .410 percussion shotgun loaned to me by a neighbor in Baton Rouge who wanted to trade for my 10” confederate mortar shell. I then jumped up to a .69 cal musket for my after school shooting activities. I only use actual black powder and prefer flintlock ignition. I look forward to good conversations here among other builders and shooters.
