I just found this site and it is already a wealth of knowledge in just the few minutes I have been looking at it.

I have been playing with ML's off and on since I was 14 years old. My first muzzle loader was a .54 cal T/C Renegade made in the mid 70's.
I let that one slip away when my interests were redirected to small bore rifle competion in the mid 70's. I stayed with that until I finished my college education and quickly lost interest.

I have come full circle recently and decided that I would like to return to the enjoyment I once got from shooting ML's. Now all I have to do find find another ML rifle to get started with.

Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of such an interesting site.

Hello Joe! Welcome to the (SULFUR PIT) where the smoke and the choke is for the true at heart :shocked2:
I do not know where that came from :rotf: :rotf:

Welcome Joe. Choke is good when it's artichoke. Artichokes are good when your courting a pragmatic gal. They're almost as good as cauliflower. Both are good eat'n. Too bad most wimmen are into romance instead of pragmatism.

Welcome to the M/L forum Joe. Like you I found lots of good info here right off the bat. There's a lot of readin to help ya decide what kinda smokepole to buy. GW
