stopped in at one of my old haunts, a favorite gun store and over heard a conversation about some old rifles recently took in.....Hmmmm....
to make a long story short I took home a Traditions Shenandoah 50 cal cap lock 1:66 twist long barrel..must be 32"...patch box furniture..It's new from 1995,never fired {sat on a shelf} for a wee bit less than $200....it looks & feels like a fine rifle...I can't wait to take it out for some smoke

well, slake, you did some fine "horse tradin'," and i congratulate you. it's always nice to see a rifle brought off the shelf.

go forth and make smoke!

That's a great deal on a sweet gun. I'd have jumped on it too. Congrats.
