I found some scraps and made a leather sheath with a tanned coyote foot and red wool cover for a small Russel butcher knife, I might attach it to one of my bags that does not have a knife or fasten it with spring clamos to my leather hat :hmm:

Thanks for the kind words guys, I used to modify old kitchen knives into antler handled patch/utility knives and make rawhide sheaths and animal foot/Beaver tail covers and they sold like hotcakes at 'vous and other doin's, I had not made one for a long time and happened to have enough junk around to put one together.

Pretty cool tg.
:hmm: I think I know what to do with a tanned Lynx foot that I have around here now.

I'm done tanning coyotes. Those puppies stink. The last one I skinned stunk so bad it was cut - cut - puke - puke.

Regards

That is a fact, but the critter that I find the most offending all the way around is the opossum, the god Lord was a might in his cups the day he cast that beastie upon the earth.
