I want a blade front and a square notch rear sight for a T/C Hawken to replace the factory sights. Adjustable prefered, but not absolutely neccessary. Can any of you offer ideas or comments about what to get and where? Thanks for any help!!! Skychief.

On my T/C Hawken I like the T/C patridge front sight which came on it new years ago (T/C part No. 9060) and added T/C primitive rear sight (No. 9070 T/C Primitive Rear Sight per old package, also fits Renegade & Pennsylvania Hunter).

The rear sight has a fairly tall rectangular notch but could be opened up & squared off.

Just my preference.

TC Partridge sights are nice. I have a set on my Seneca and my 58 Renegade.

Personally, I prefer the Jim Bridger Buckhorn rear and a blade front. Although non adjustable with anything besides a file, they sure work good in the woods and at the range.

Track of the Wolf has them, and if you send your barrel to them, they can have them installed for you.

this sight is made for the thompson center hawkin and you can get a nice front sight from the same place as you get the rear sight.bernie  http://www.thegunworks.com/GunIndex.cfm

You can get the same sight from The Hawken Shop without the holes, so you can put the two holes you need, where you want them.

T/C Contender rear sights come in different heights and they work great, similiar to the early Renegade sights.
