New to the Forum

I live in Houston and have been doing muzzleloading (any shooting) for only one year. I met some muzzleloaders at the NRA convention and was hooked. I shoot with a club south of town and am still a novice (of course :rotf: ). I have a T/C Hawken and a date with a chunk gun match in June. Last year, I got my gun the night before the match and came in 17th of 24, so I have hopes. I am hoping to make a rifle in the next year or two.

Welcome..you'll like it here and there's a ton of info...I lived in Houston for a wee bit..then being the snow bird yankee that I am, I went home and stayed here. But I Love Texas and visit when I can
