Hello I'm just getting started with traditional hunting. I'm looking for flintlock for round ball. I hunt Nw Pennsylvania for whitetail and have the pleasure of hunting the Allegany National forest. Longest shots on average are 40 yds and under. I think a 50 cal with some good powder will do the trick. Thanks for letting me join the group!
