Welcome from Washifornia, I too have an H&A Underhammer by Numrich, mines in .58.Years ago I built a 50 caliber Hopkins & Allen underhammer rifle from a kit, which replaced the Hawkins I had. I have satisfaction that I finished it from an "in the white kit", and It's fun to shoot something that is unique.
Wow, that is a large bore. Do you hunt with it?Welcome from Washifornia, I too have an H&A Underhammer by Numrich, mines in .58.
I feel that after building it, my rifle is really mine.Thats great, welcome. I have a H&A kit i have been working on since last year. I have 2 barrels for it & both in .40, I can change out quickly. One barrel has a 13/16" with a 1:48 twist, my other has a 1:24 twist for conical.
Not yet, I got it only recently, happened into my local Gun shop and they didn't know what to do with it so I got it cheap. I plan on firing it tomorrow.Wow, that is a large bore. Do you hunt with it?
