Had a guy come into the office today. We started talking about turkey hunting. Seem he has heard about an ideal to get a turkey without applying lead. Dig a hole wide enough to allow a turkey to fall in, but not wide enough to allow the turkey to spread its wing to fly out. Hole must be deep enough that the turkey cannot jump out. Maybe old injun trick? ::
 
:bull: Hmmmm? Just how high can a turkey jump? And why would he hop down into the pit to begin with?

Reminds me of an old bear hunting technique: Dig two holes. Fill one with bee comb and the other with ashes. When the bear stops to eat the honey, kick him in the ash hole. :haha:
