I have a northstar tradegun that was made from a kit probably 35 years ago. I recently found that the frizzen is cracked. It was an old family friend's that has since passed on. Was wondering if anyone knows where I may be able to get one. I don't really shoot it much but, still want it to be useable. Any help would be appreciated.

You might try having it welded, if you can’t find another one. It would first need to be annealed before welding. I would suggest doing it with TIG. After cleaning it up and polishing, it would need to be hardened again.

Track has a lock that should fit.they say its slightly larger and wil need a little fitting

Thanks for your assistance. I have someone that found me a frizzen. Just needs drilled and hardened.
