For sale is a very nice Model 1861 produced my Norwich and dated M1863.

Metal is in very good condition overall, has some bright pitting around the nipple that seems to indicate this some some heavy use at some point in its life. Wood is in very good condition with many cartouches still present, and sharp.

$1700 shipped to the lower 48. Personal, certified or bank checks, money order accepted or PP friends and family.

Yes its is an original from the period, many people shoot originals all the time, and this one in particular, me personally, I'd have no problem shooting live. However I usually collect the originals and shoot reproductions, it's whatever the end user wants to do is comfortable with.

Still available for sale. Would consider for or towards trade for flintlock fowlers, brown bess variations, or other similar Revolutionary War era pieces.
