Revolutionary Heroes and re-enactment troops December
29, 2007
Begun Raised in 1775, the 2nd New York Regiment fought
under Colonel Philip Van Cortlandt in all phases of
the War for American Independence, from the invasion
of Canada to the Battle of Yorktown. The re-enactment
group was founded in 1971 by two families and is a
member of the Brigade of the American Revolution. The
regiment now boasts a diverse membership and
participates in a variety of events, including battle
reenactments, civic demonstrations, and shooting
competitions. _

Must be Billy, I got this sent to me from a[url] SCOPEny.org[/url] director in Brooklyn.
I know their are quite a few re~enactments in NYC because of the battles fought right down town.
Weird city New York is they have their own set of laws.
