Mark that sounds like a nice day trip if I don't attend school of the longhunter this year. It's the same weekend. Are the rifles at the show all originals or are there contemporary pieces as well?

The majority of rifles will be originals, but the contemporaries that are there will be first class items. There will also be a limited buy, sell trade area.

Thanks Mark, just looked at the Schedule for School of the Longhunter. Not much going on on Sunday, maybe I can get an early start out in the morning and swing by Marrietta and catch the show.

The show opens at 9:00 each day and closes at 4:00 on Saturday but a lot of the fellows start to pull out around 2:00 on Sunday. I say this only so that you don't come down late and are dissapointed. Be sure to ask for me when you get there.

Thanks Mark, Do you suppose they'd mind if I showed in my longhunter duds on Sunday? I know the Lafayette is a bit upscale.

Upscale? Over the years (32) the Lafayette has seen a whole lot of things crazier than frontier duds come through the doors. You're welcome to wear whatever you are comfortable in, just come on down.
