I don't know if I will like that much curve so my ? Is
Couldt I cut the top thin extension off the butt plate and braze it up if there's a cavity there. Hope it would be solid brass. And maybe straighten the bottom curve and work the stock to match. I know it would not be period correct but I'm building for me. I just want a half stock.

When you learn the hold on the cross body upper arm you will find that Vincent very comfortable
I was seventeen when I got my first ml. A morey Allen and Thurber. So I learned that hold with mother milk as it were, so that I even shoot flat butts on my Lancaster and TFC that way

I have used three for scratch builds. As made the butplate is unusable for me. My shoulder and upper arm are to large to fit the radius, no matter how is it held. . I opened up the radius of the curve a little. The brass is mailable enough on the castings I got. I also bobbed the pokie thing on top.
