I was at Walmart the other day and they were closing out cleaning kits two for three dollars.
One kit was a 5/16 brass shot gun rod. I drilled it out and re-taped it to 10/32.
The other kit was a universal cleaning kit with a small cleaning rod.
The handles are old file handles i refinished. I bought them along with the old screwdrivers at a swap meat for a 1.50. I reground the screwdrivers to fit the screws on my cap and ball revolvers.
