I got to the point of inletting a single pull trigger in a fowler I am working on. I inlet the trigger plate and before I inlet the trigger bar I checked the position of the sear in the three positions . the rest and half cock positions were the same however the full cock position was a little less than 1/32 of an inch below the scribe line of half cock. I found info to fix if the line was above the scribe line of half cock but not below. I am guessing this much space will lead to a sloppy trigger in the half cock position but this is the first sigle pull trigger I have installed so I am looking for help before proceeding .

See if there is a way to install a light flat spring on the trigger. A short piece of ground down scroll saw blade is about right. That will take up any slack and stop the trigger rattling.
