I'd choose an early 1700s Fusil de chasse whatever the calibre was widely used in New France of that era.
Beautiful! Here is my Pedesoli 1766 Charleville.Only flintlock that I have, is a carbine length 1766 Charleville.
I understand these polls are just for fun and conversation, but @CaptainVane makes a good point. I think there are a number of forum members who are primarily handgunners. Personally, I would stick with my first choice on the poll, but it would be great to have a pistol/revolver option among the choices for those who prefer them.
Inclusivity, y’know. No shooter left behind….

I'm with you on this one. That would be a great choice where I'm located.I chose a percussion smoothbore but will add this, as one gun only I'd prefer an SxS either smooth or combo.
12 ga. Smooth bore flint can take anything from ducks to moose. I shoot a hollow base bullet out of my 12 ga flint shotgun for big game, deer, hogs, bear and #5 shot for rabbit, squirrel and turkey.Interesting to see what everyone will choose…
Of your 3 I would go with #2I am lucky, having several doubles - but all percussion, even though I prefer flinters.
Choice #1 would be my .58 cal Pedersoli double rifle.
Choice #2 is my 1840 English Double 15-bore
Choice #3 is the French "Stalking Gun", about .45 cal right barrel, 20-bore left barrel.
Really the best looking and shouldering.Of your 3 I would go with #2
