For Sale an Original Caplock Fowler with brass hardware and an Ashmore lock. The muzzleloader is in need of some TLC if one plans to bring it back to life or it could be a wall hanger. Barrel is 43.5 inches long and the bore is aprox. 7/8". The barrel is brown with some pitting externally. The bore is full what appears to be 100 year old dust, I will attempt to clean it and get pictures tomorrow afternoon. The wood has cracks near the lock area, on the wrist and near the bore...they could likely be glued as the stock is not saturated with oil. Nose cap is missing. Ramrod may be short. Asking $150 plus $35 shipping.
