Lol. I all ready have one simular for my 1818/35 Harpers Ferry. That is why I have not bought it. Here is the rifle top with out the bayonet I bought last year..

I believe it would. I will compare my 1818/35 and my 1842/46 bayonets. Oops sorry I have a Lorenz bayonet on my 1842/46.
